Bruno Rasmussen MD

Dr. Bruno Rasmussen, CMO of Bienstar, has treated more than 2.000 patients with ibogaine in Brazil in the last 27 years. A former chief of the Emergency Room of the Medical Clinic of São Paulo Hospital, he is highly recognized in the ibogaine medical community and one of the founders of the Global Ibogaine Therapists Alliance (GITA). As a scientific researcher registered at National Secretariat for Drug Policies, dr. Rasmussen is coauthor of two observational studies about ibogaine for addiction and of case study on ibogaine microdosing for depression. Certified at the MAPS MDMA Therapy Training Program, he’s also the medical head of the only MDMA pilot trial developed in Latin America so far.
